Main difference to ZF release is the back. I think MX here beats ZF.
The decorated plate is different and in my opinion looks closer to gen (still just non moving plated gears of course)
The rotor is rose gold instead of yellow gold.
Also the handstack here is better than ZF. The date hand is “hidden” just like gen. The date hand goes underneath the hour hand stack in a smaller ring; so it looks like it disappears. Unlike ZF where the date hand is attached on a large outer ring. Check gen pics to see what I mean.
Crown is bigger than ZF. Which I think looks closer to gen. ZF crown is bit too small.
