How long have you been a seller for?
More than 2 years. But our shop has been in business for 16 years – selling luxury bags, watches and shoes.
What do you like most about your job?
I like that I have customers all over the world. I love it when my customers are happy and that I do my best.
What do you like the least about your job?
I am sad when customers think I not being honest, or too picky. Sometimes we do not have control of factory.
If you were not a seller, what job would you like to have instead?
I like to be architect, or painter.
What is the funniest or weirdest thing a customer has ever asked you or said to you?
I have customer buy Chanel bag and propose marriage to his girlfriend. Girlfriend like Chanel bag than ring? Lol!
What is the meanest thing a customer has ever said to you and it hurt your feelings?
Customer say I scammer and think they cannot trust me. I feel very sad because I always try best to be honest about my business.
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said to you?
Thank me for being best seller and help her find the best bag. It is my job but customers who are happy and chat like friends are best!!!
Do you wear or use reps too?

What is the most popular item you sell?
Chanel Le Boy.
What is your favorite designer brand?
I change choice but best for me Celine. Very classic. For formal, I like Chanel classic.
What bag or shoe style do you like right now? If your buyer asks you what to buy, what would you recommend to them?
I recommend Chanel Reissue. Not very typical like Classic Flap, but still very beautiful and I think unique.
What is your favorite American/Western movie?
Star Wars.
What is your favorite American/Western TV show?
Friends and Big Bang Theory.
What type of music do you listen to?
I like jazz music when working.
What is your favorite dish to eat?
My mom make the best pork dumpling.
What is your favorite drink?
Black coffee!
What do you like to do on your days off?
Spend time with my family and sleep! Sometimes I work late nights and need sleep, because many customers different time than me.
Do you have any pets?
I have pet Momo who is Chowchow dog but die last year. Still very sad. Now have fat cat name Sabby!
If you could visit any city or country in the world, where would it be?
Prague and Paris.
If you won a million dollars, what would be the first thing you would do with the money?
Give my parents half of million dollars.
