I have been running this business since 2002
What do you like most about your job?
The ability to be around watches which is my passion and also serving customers and educating them more about watches. Seeing customers enjoy their new watches gives me great joy
What do you like the least about your job?
Having to work 24/7 365 days without any rest days. My long time customers know I’m always available anytime of the day
If you were not a seller, what job would you like to have instead?
Probably having a nice drink at the beach =P
What is the funniest or weirdest thing a customer has ever asked you or said to you?
Customers asking if I’m a robot as I answer emails at all times of the day
What is the meanest thing a customer has ever said to you and it hurt your feelings?
Calling me a scammer when they bought from a scam site and they thought it was me. I hope more customers will learn to verify the correct website so they don’t get scammed by many scammers out there trying to impersonate me
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said to you?
Being appreciative of the work I’m doing and understanding when watches are delayed by factories (something I have no control over). I even had old timers send me wine and their own music albums. =)
Do you wear or use reps too?
Yes, and it is amazing to see how far the quality has improved over the years
What is the most popular item you sell?
The 116610 and 126610 by VSF are one of the most popular in years
What is your favorite watch brand?
I don’t have a favorite as each brand have their own speciality and I like to admire them for their individual designs
What watch do you like right now? If your buyer asks you what to buy, what would you recommend to them?
For starters who want something that is as close to the gen as they can get, the 116610 and 126610 by VSF is recommended
What type of music do you listen to?
Typically Chinese songs =)
What is your favorite dish to eat?
Asian cuisine is my go to and Spanish tapas when I want to chill and have some wine
What is your favorite drink?
Beer never goes wrong
What do you like to do on your days off?
Day off? Haven’t heard of day off since 2002
