Clean and VS Factory have been producing high-quality super clone Rolex watches for years, competing fiercely in the Rolex replica market.
In 2024, this competition has intensified, particularly in the Rolex Daytona category. VS Factory has made significant improvements to catch up with Clean, and their Daytona models have gained wider acceptance among buyers.
This is great news for watch enthusiasts, as it means even better super clone Rolex watches are becoming available.
Today, I will compare two Datejust models—one from VS Factory and one from Clean Factory. I will highlight some key differences between them, focusing on the most important aspects rather than every minor detail.
The differences:
The green color on the Clean model appears slightly darker, while the VS version has a slightly brighter shade. Clean’s green is closer to the genuine Rolex.
Both Clean and VS feature a refined sunray finish on the dial, but the effect is more pronounced on the Clean model.
The tip of the axis of the hand-set is larger on Clean compared to VS.
Both watches have a minor defect—the two corners at the end of the hour and minute hands are too sharp, which differs from the original design.
For the inner bezel engravings, the font size on Clean is larger than on VS, making Clean’s version closer to the genuine watch.
The movement is another key difference. Clean uses the Shanghai 3235 V2, the latest edition, while VS uses the Dandong 3235. Although both clone 3235 movements now offer similar power reserve times (since the Shanghai 3235 was recently improved), the VS Dandong 3235 has a more refined finish on the movement plates and auto rotor.
Regarding the sapphire crystal, Clean’s version is better processed—the edge is slightly rounded, whereas on VS, it is sharper.
Second, it is the Datejust 41mm with grey dial and jubilee bracelet.
Clean has a weight of 131.5 grams, while VS weighs about 127 grams.
On the two pictures above, C means Clean. On the dial of Clean Datejust, the sunray finish is more obvious, while on VS dial, the sunray is slightly shallow.
Do you notice the difference of the date window? Also its black font? The tail of the digit “9”.
Conclusion:
My opinion is that it is not a waste of money whether you buy from Clean or VS, both are super clones.
Clean Datejust indeed has better dial finish, especially the sunray finish. But in movement, VS indeed has better decoration on the plate and auto rotor.
