Is Victory the Real Clean?
Whenever a new factory appears and claims to be the real Clean, people always ask me the same question. As I have said before, Victory is not the original Clean Factory and I am confident that Clean will not return.
When Clean Plus appeared a month ago many people also believed the real Clean had come back. However Clean Plus is not the original Clean Factory either and their Rolecks replica watches are different from the ones Clean produced in the past.
Victory Factory’s Rolecks replicas are very similar to those made by Clean before but Victory is a different team. They located the same suppliers that previously produced parts for Clean. The components are the same but the watches are now assembled by the Victory Factory team.

At present only two factories use the best DD3235 clone movement in this watch which are Clean Plus and Victory Factory. However the ceramic bezel is a very important part of this model and Clean Plus does not polish the bezel markers well enough. Victory uses the latest version of the DD3235 automatic movement and the bezel finishing is better.
Will Victory Become a Major Competitor to VS?
In the short term Victory will not be a serious threat to VS. In the Rolecks market VS currently has no real competitors. Their Datejust and Daytona models are extremely popular and they have built a strong reputation with buyers.
For Victory to compete with VS in Rolecks models they would need major upgrades which is difficult because VS has already reached a very high level in both build quality and movement development. However if you were a longtime fan of the original Clean factory you may want to consider a Rolecks from Victory. At the moment ordering a Datejust or Daytona from VS requires a very long waiting time.
