Previously, these models used a clone 2824 movement, modified with custom plates and an automatic rotor. While reliable, it lacked the accuracy and features of the 8800 clone. With the new movement, the watches now offer a much more authentic experience:

Date adjustment works like the genuine version: pull the crown to the first click, rotate counterclockwise to change the date.

Crown rotation is smoother and more refined.

Power reserve has increased to 52 hours.

On the white Seamaster model, the dial is made from white ceramic, and the hour markers are filled with luminescence. There’s a slight color difference between the lume and the dial — just like on the genuine watch — although on the replica, this difference is a bit more noticeable. With time and wear, this contrast may become more obvious.

The clasp also has some subtle differences. On the replica, the “OMEGA” and Ω engravings aren’t as deep as those on the authentic model:

Replica clasp: shallower, less defined engraving.

From the front, these Seamaster replicas are nearly indistinguishable from the real thing. However, the caseback reveals a clear flaw for those familiar with Omega movements. A noticeable issue near the balance bridge is present — a known defect in many super clone 8800 movements — and so far, the factory hasn’t resolved it.

Still, aside from that flaw, most movement details are impressively close:

Correct jewel placement.

Accurate engraving colors.

Decorative patterns that closely mimic the genuine 8800.
