How long have you been a seller for?
I run watch business since 2014 in China, overseas since 2020. As the COVID, we focused a challenge, no business in China, so we decide to explore the overseas market.
What do you like most about your job?
I can improve my English haha.
And I am really enjoy the joy of solving problems with my teammates.
The most important, I made friends with customers, it is the best thing in my job
What do you like the least about your job?
What make me upset is when customer said the watch was broken. Repair overseas is always trouble and it will make customer confused
If you were not a seller, what job would you like to have instead?
I like football very much, I think I will be a YouTuber about football.
What is the funniest or weirdest thing a customer has ever asked you or said to you?
A Netherlands man asked me to Amsterdam to whoring. I haven’t been to there but I think it is a good place for man
What is the meanest thing a customer has ever said to you and it hurt your feelings?
One customer’s watch was broken, then he said all Chinese product is rubbish
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said to you?
A customer who bought over 10 items said I was the best guy in his WhatsApp, it made me inspired
Do you wear or use reps too?
Yes but I not wear often, I have a rep North Face down vest, very comfortable
What is the most popular item you sell?
Submariner is the best, but I think Daytona ,Datejust ,GMT II are also popular
What is your favorite watch brand?
I am not sure because if I buy one watch ,I will select model not brand.
What watch do you like right now? If your buyer asks you what to buy, what would you recommend to them?
I have a PPF nautilus, I am very satisfied with it. The stainless very thin, so comfortable
What is your favorite American/Western movie?
When I was 16, I watched the Prison Break first season in a few days, it’s so impressive. Michael Scofield is so cool 😎
What is your favorite American/Western TV show?
To be honesty I haven’t watched any American/Western TV show. But I often watched some English talk show in Tiktok, it’s so funny
What type of music do you listen to?
I like English song very much, many style, Rock n Roll, R&B, POP…… I like Coldplay very much, my first English album is Parachutes. I bought it when I was 14
What is your favorite dish to eat?
I like all kind of Chinese Food. I like fish very much, no matter which way of making
What is your favorite drink?
Coffee, no doubt
What do you like to do on your days off?
Play with my boy, he is 2 years old
Do you have any pets?
No at this moment, but I like cat very much ,I had a yellow cat when I was a little boy
If you could visit any city or country in the world, where would it be?
The UK , which include my favorite things, football and the britpop rock n roll
If you won a million dollars, what would be the first thing you would do with the money?
Buy a big house for my parents haha
