When this movement was first launched, there were doubts about its stability. However, after several months of testing and more Seamaster 300m replicas being equipped with this super clone 8806 movement, those concerns have disappeared. Next, let’s look at the movement differences.
If you just bought a Seamaster 300m replica from your dealer and they say it’s made by VS, which movement is inside? The one on the left or the right?

The left is the latest super clone movement developed by VS, the 8806.

The right is the older movement, based on a clone 2824 with extra plates.
The polishing on the movements differs, especially on the automatic rotor. The super clone 8806’s polishing is more subdued, with shallower polishing lines, making it closer to the genuine movement.
On the older movement, the polishing is too bright and the rotor’s polishing lines are too deep.
One notable difference in the latest super clone movement is the presence of an extra regulator, which the genuine movement does not have. So, if the Seamaster 300m has a see-through case back, anyone familiar with Omega movements can easily spot this as a fake.
Looking closer at the jewels:

Regarding engraving:

Also, notice the hole on the movement plate—when you wind the watch, the gear visible inside this hole moves on the new super clone 8806 but does not move on the older movement.
Finally, the new super clone movement offers about 50 hours of power reserve, compared to roughly 40 hours on the older movement. Both provide good stability.

So if the Seamaster 300m has a see-through case back, it is easily for someone to tell this is a fake watch if he has some knowledge about the Omega movement.
